The first office based ambulatory surgery center in Western New York, Aesthetic Associates Centre boosts 30+ years of safety for their patients with successful application and annual recertification for their one-of-a-kind ambulatory office based surgery centre in Amherst, NY. They are the longest free standing office based surgery center in Western New York of its kind.

Established in 1989 by Dr. Samuel Shatkin Sr., the center is home to Plastic Surgery, Dentistry and Advanced Skin Care services. Drs. Todd Shatkin and Samuel Shatkin Jr. have both been in practice since 1989, sharing the facility with their now deceased father, once a partner and mentor for more than 20 years. "Almost on a daily basis, I share with my patients the foresight that our father had on building this amazing facility. Our father was an innovator and his progressive nature provided for a successful facility for these many years", says Dr. Samuel Shatkin Jr.

AAAASF requires 100 percent compliance with all accreditation standards and does not offer partial accreditation. If a facility fails to meet any standard, it must correct the deficiency or risk denial or loss of accreditation.

AAAASF promotes the highest quality patient safety in the ambulatory surgery setting (office-based or outpatient) and rehabilitation and outpatient therapy agencies, as well as rural health clinics.

The Doctors at the Aesthetic Associates Centre have completed their new center in April 2019, building an additional 15,000 sq feet adding to their original 13,000sq ft. The new addition includes a third operating room, wellness and anti-aging centre and conference center for educating medical and dental professionals on the unique and customized treatments provided by the Aesthetic Associates Team.
