Relaxing Stress Release Massage and Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage

For some chronic muscles tension or injury issues a normal massage may not be adequate to relieve pain and improve one's condition. In these cases a “deep tissue” massage can be more helpful.   A deep tissue massage differs from a normal massage as the movement is much slower and the pressure is deeper and more concentrated on specific areas of tension.  Some of the conditions that are helped most by a deep tissue massage include chronic pain, limited mobility, muscle tension, osteoarthritis, and spasms.
