In the Buffalo Area, the Aesthetic Associates Centre is not just an ordinary Medical/Dental facility for Plastic Surgery and Dentistry. In it's 13,000 sq ft. facility, it boasts a Cosmetic and Reconstructive Dental Practice, complete with state-of-the-art Digital x-rays and imaging, 5 Dental operatories including one specially designed of oral surgery and dental implantology. All phases of dental Implantology are performed right in one location!.

The medical side of the contains multiple services ranging from skin care, to body contouring to facial rejuvenation. The Plastic Surgery wing offers the newest technology in non-invasive aesthetic surgery like Intensed Pulsed Light (IPL), CO2 Laser Skin Re-Surfacing, Cellulite Therapy and Microdermabrasion Peels, as well as the popular plastic surgery procedures of Facelift, Eyelift, Breast Surgery and Liposuction to name a few.

The Centre offers the unique concept of out-patient surgery in its newly upgraded ambulatory surgery centre. A state of the art Operating room and recovery suite are featured in this Ambulatory surgery center, fully accredited since 1989. Dr. Samuel Shatkin Jr is board certified plastic surgeon and performs all aspects of Plastic and Advanced Skin Care. He is on staff at several area hospitals to serve all the needs of his patients.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

The doctors and staff pride themselves in their local involvement.  Community events and seminars and their frequent participation both as guests and hosts of local radio and TV talk shows. Dr. Samuel Shatkin Jr. and Dr. Todd Shatkin have been guests on AM Buffalo segment called "Gr8 Look Monday" in the past on AM Buffalo program on Channel 7 ABC-TV affiliate.  Dr. Samuel Shatkin Jr. and his family have been long time supporters of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation both fundraising and awareness.  He and his family are the recipients of the coveted "Family Award", for their unwaivering efforts for the youth with type I diabetes.  He has lectured worldwide in the are of plastic surgery and overall nutrition and wellness.  The Dr. Shatkin Jr. was the skin care beauty consultant for the Buffalo Jills Cheerleading Squad for the NFL Buffalo Bills football team.  He holds weekly nutrition and weight loss classes at his office and the community, both himself and his staff, as the entire team has a foundation based on overall wellness for their patients.
