Dr. Sam Shatkin Jr. surgical consultations office hours in the Amherst office on Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 1:00-6:00 pm and Thursday, 2:00-6:00pm in the East Aurora office. 

*Surgical Consultation Fee is $75 and will be applied towards your surgery or treatment.
